Development and Operations Associate

• Support the Development team by facilitating fundraising campaigns, partnerships, and grant processes to ensure organizational sustainability.
• Manage Salesforce pipelines, track sponsorship revenue, and maintain donor data.
• Provide administrative support to leadership and the Board of Directors, including scheduling, notetaking, and expense management.
• Co-manage general organization inboxes and direct inquiries to appropriate teams.

This role directly supports LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs by securing funding and resources for StartOut's programs, helping to level the playing field in venture capital and entrepreneurship.

• 1-2 years of experience in fundraising, development, or high-level sales.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Commitment to LGBTQ+ community and alignment with StartOut's mission.

$25/hr, 20 hrs per week. Unlimited time off, professional development stipends, work-from-home equipment.
