Grant Writer

• Write compelling grant proposals, letters of inquiry, concept papers, and reports for foundation, corporate, state, federal, and cooperative agreement opportunities.
• Analyze funding opportunities and develop funding briefs to assess alignment and competitiveness.
• Collaborate with program directors, communications, and leadership teams to coordinate proposal development and ensure timely submissions.
• Research and identify funding opportunities aligned with organizational priorities and monitor philanthropic trends.

This role secures resources that advance Latino leadership and strengthen communities nationwide, enabling Hispanic Access Foundation to deliver programs in conservation, education, health, and community engagement.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Strong research, analytical, and critical-thinking skills; ability to synthesize information from multiple sources.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Salary range: $60,000 - $75,000 annually. Benefits include remote work, paid health/dental/vision for individual, flexible/unlimited PTO, 10 sick days, 13 paid holidays, and 401(k) with employer match.
