Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead strategy, planning, and business development for IRC's country programs, ensuring alignment with the Strategy Action Plan and Outcome Strategies.
  • Oversee program development and fundraising, including donor mapping, proposal development, and compliance with regulations.
  • Manage program implementation through data-driven project cycle meetings, monitoring spending, and coordinating corrective measures.
  • Provide staff leadership and development, including mentorship, performance management, and team-building.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Graduate degree in International Development, International Relations, Business Management, or equivalent.
  • 5-6 years of overseas experience in conflict/post-conflict environments with program leadership responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in program design, MEAL, project cycle management, and budget monitoring.
  • Fluency in English; working knowledge of French, Spanish, or Arabic strongly preferred.
