Mission
What you will drive
As a Data Scientist on the Infrastructure Diagnostics team, you will:
- Use telemetry tools to analyze sensor data across mechanical and electrical systems to identify failure signatures for LLM-driven monitoring tools
- Translate raw telemetry into SME-level logic and directions used by LLM tools to guide data center operators in real-time
- Cultivate deep domain expertise in all facets of data center infrastructure, mastering mechanical and electrical dependencies
- Oversee pilot projects to test how AI-driven SME tools interpret real-world stressors, ensuring output is operationally realistic and actionable

Key qualifications for this role include:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Control Theory, or related field with foundation in physical systems and thermodynamics
- Strong Python skills and experience with data manipulation libraries (Pandas/NumPy) for custom analysis
- Deep interest in using data to diagnose how and why systems fail, with analytical grit and tinkering mindset
- Ability to explain complex diagnostic findings clearly to both technical peers and non-domain stakeholders
