Mission
What you will drive
Platform Administration
- Own day-to-day administration of Drive FSM (Salesforce), SolarGrade, and Raptor Maps including user management, configuration, and data integrity
- Build and maintain operational reports and dashboards to support client, regional, and leadership reporting
- Lead data integrity initiatives and train users on platform features, workflow changes, and best practices
- Support evaluation, piloting, and rollout of new operational technology to reduce manual work through automation

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience with Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201 or equivalent)
- Demonstrated experience building flows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards in Salesforce
- Experience administering at least one additional business platform (CMMS, field service, asset monitoring, SharePoint, or similar)
- Strong documentation discipline and change management habits with ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Lightning Web Components experience and Platform App Builder certification
- Hands-on experience with field service or CMMS platforms (Drive FSM, ServiceMax, IFS, or similar)
- Raptor Maps or similar solar asset performance monitoring platform experience
- SharePoint Online administration experience with focus on building and maintaining SharePoint Pages and Lists
- Experience in utilities, renewable energy, O&M, construction, or field services

The expected annual compensation range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000, encompassing base pay and potential incentive target opportunity.
