CRM Business Analyst

Platform Administration

• Own day-to-day administration of Drive FSM (Salesforce), SolarGrade, and Raptor Maps including user management, configuration, and data integrity
• Build and maintain operational reports and dashboards to support client, regional, and leadership reporting
• Lead data integrity initiatives and train users on platform features, workflow changes, and best practices
• Support evaluation, piloting, and rollout of new operational technology to reduce manual work through automation

This role supports solar operations and maintenance across approximately 946 MW of solar systems, contributing to the transformation of the energy landscape with innovative solar solutions that deliver sustainable electricity to commercial, industrial, municipal, and utility customers.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience with Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201 or equivalent)
• Demonstrated experience building flows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards in Salesforce
• Experience administering at least one additional business platform (CMMS, field service, asset monitoring, SharePoint, or similar)
• Strong documentation discipline and change management habits with ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Lightning Web Components experience and Platform App Builder certification
• Hands-on experience with field service or CMMS platforms (Drive FSM, ServiceMax, IFS, or similar)
• Raptor Maps or similar solar asset performance monitoring platform experience
• SharePoint Online administration experience with focus on building and maintaining SharePoint Pages and Lists
• Experience in utilities, renewable energy, O&M, construction, or field services

The expected annual compensation range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000, encompassing base pay and potential incentive target opportunity.
