Mission
What you will drive
The consultant will lead a comprehensive Network Governance Review for Action Against Hunger's international network, ensuring alignment with the upcoming 4-year International Strategic Plan (ISP 4). Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting a baseline perception survey and stakeholder interviews to assess current governance structures.
- Delivering a governance diagnostic report, benchmarking against best practices from INGO and non-INGO sectors.
- Developing governance reform options with legal, fiscal, and economic impact analyses, and presenting recommendations to the International Executive Committee (IEC) and International Chairpersons Committee (ICC).

Required qualifications and experience:
- Proven experience in governance reviews of international networks, preferably with multi-stakeholder engagement.
- Experience beyond the NGO sector (corporate, federated, or global models) is highly valued.
- Strong analytical and methodological skills, including survey design, interviews, and benchmarking.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; ability to produce high-quality reports and deliverables.

What's in it for you
Compensation and terms will be negotiated upon selection. The consultant will work under a framework agreement with a non-disclosure agreement. Financial proposals must be in Euros, including all taxes. The contract is for a fixed-term consultancy from July to October 2026.
