Mission

What you will drive

  • Strengthen capacity of NGOs to prevent, identify, report, and respond to safeguarding risks affecting children, women, and vulnerable groups.
  • Conduct risk-mapping exercises and analyze vulnerabilities to identify safeguarding gaps.
  • Develop or improve organizational safeguarding policies, codes of conduct, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Build practical skills through scenario-based learning and support creation of safeguarding improvement plans.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Advanced knowledge of safeguarding principles, child protection, PSEAH, and GBV with proven experience.
  • Advanced university degree (Master's preferred) in social work, psychology, gender studies, human rights, or related field.
  • Significant experience designing and facilitating participatory workshops for NGOs or humanitarian actors.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills, ability to handle sensitive topics safely.
