Consultancy for Evaluation of Danmission’s International Programme Funded Through the Strategic Partnership Agreement II (SPA II)

• Conduct a close-to-end evaluation of Danmission's SPA II programme, focusing on results, added value, and value for money.
• Document results, analyze programmatic approaches, and generate learning to inform strategic planning and fundraising.
• Provide recommendations for accountability and evidence-based decision-making.

This evaluation will enhance the effectiveness and accountability of Danmission's peace, justice, and sustainable development programmes, ensuring resources are used efficiently to create positive change in Africa, Asia, and the Middle East.

• Experience in evaluating international development programmes, preferably with faith-based or civil society organizations.
• Expertise in Outcome Harvesting methodology and mixed-methods evaluation (desk study and field study).
• Ability to travel to Tanzania for field work and work independently with minimal supervision.

Budget: 300,000 DKK (incl. reimbursables) for 50 workdays. Home-based with field trip to Tanzania.
