Mission

What you will drive

  • Support a portfolio of 40+ Kiva Hub partners, onboarding, training, and coaching them to launch and sustain community-based lending programs.
  • Review and underwrite loan applications using Kiva's social underwriting methodology, conduct fraud checks, and support borrowers throughout the loan lifecycle.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and improve user experiences across underwriting, repayment, and partner management.
  • Track and analyze key metrics using Salesforce and Looker to inform operational and strategic decision-making.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in program management, operations, community development, customer success, lending, underwriting, economic development, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
