Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Track conformed units and installations on flight test aircraft and provide feedback for process improvement at manufacturing facilities
  • Document, escalate, and support disposition of aircraft deviations or non-conformances in a timely manner
  • Work with DAR to provide required documentation for obtaining airworthiness tickets
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of conformity and configuration maintenance activities

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in aviation-related field with focus on quality assurance, manufacturing, maintenance, or engineering
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related technical discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, or Systems Engineering preferred)
  • Familiarity with aircraft conformity processes, Type Certification (Part 23 or 27 experience preferred), and aviation manufacturing/inspection processes
  • Strong problem solving, communication, coordination, technical writing, organizational skills, and ability to interpret technical drawings and regulatory documents
