What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Lead communications strategy development and oversee communications projects across all states and programs
  • Manage the organization's website, social media, digital presence, and member communications
  • Lead outreach and community engagement efforts, including representing SEWC at speaking engagements and events
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies using metrics such as audience engagement and media coverage

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in communications, marketing, public relations, or community engagement work
  • Experience developing, executing, tracking, and optimizing communications strategies
  • Proficiency with digital marketing and graphic design tools such as Canva
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to work effectively from home and maintain a positive attitude
