What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead communications strategy development and oversee communications projects across all states and programs
- Manage the organization's website, social media, digital presence, and member communications
- Lead outreach and community engagement efforts, including representing SEWC at speaking engagements and events
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies using metrics such as audience engagement and media coverage

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in communications, marketing, public relations, or community engagement work
- Experience developing, executing, tracking, and optimizing communications strategies
- Proficiency with digital marketing and graphic design tools such as Canva
- Strong organizational skills with ability to work effectively from home and maintain a positive attitude
