What you will drive
- Manage orphaned oil and gas well plugging projects from identification through emissions quantification and remediation.
- Plan and execute field operations, including overseeing contractors, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
- Analyze data from field equipment and databases to support carbon credit verification and project development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance multiple projects in the pipeline.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, or petroleum preferred).
- 3-5 years of field-based experience in oil and gas operations (production engineering, drilling, well plugging, etc.).
- Proven project management skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Experience with data analysis and modeling in Excel; familiarity with carbon project development preferred.
