Legal Operations Manager

• Oversee legal practice systems (e.g., Litera Foundation, Intapp) ensuring functionality, data quality, and end-user support.
• Manage compliance and risk, including conflicts checks, ethical walls, and reporting to senior leadership.
• Supervise Legal Operations Analysts, set priorities, and foster a collaborative work environment.

This role ensures Earthjustice's legal operations run efficiently and ethically, directly supporting the organization's mission to protect the environment and combat climate change through effective lawyering.

• Bachelor's degree plus minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Expert technical specialist with knowledge of business planning, project management, and budgeting.
• In-depth proficiency with legal practice systems (case management, conflicts, time entry) and advanced experience with Intapp systems.
