Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist I

• Oversee interview scheduling, candidate communications, applicant-tracking data, and hiring logistics for technical and non-technical positions, with a focus on engineering and renewable energy disciplines.
• Perform initial intake interviews and support sourcing and outreach using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Provide administrative support for learning & development programs and performance review cycles.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (BreezyHR) and compile recruiting, L&D, and performance-cycle metrics.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR administrative, scheduling, or talent coordination role.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating a high volume of concurrent meetings or interviews.
• Working proficiency with calendar/scheduling tools and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
