Mission
What you will drive
- Collaborate with a small staff team and an external communications firm to reinvigorate CompassPointโs visual identity and field presence, aligned with a refreshed strategic direction focused on pro-Black movement operations.
- Bring a creative eye and sense of experimentation to create videos, graphics, and written pieces that express the organization's identity and purpose.
- Build, maintain, and improve systems and processes for seamless communications and marketing workflow.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- At least 2-5 years of experience creating visual and written content for social justice organizations and/or movements.
- Strong storytelling skills with a passion for crafting a shared vision grounded in Pro-Black principles and values.
- Experience using social media effectively for marketing and organizational identity-building.
- Highly motivated self-starter with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
