• Provide strategic and operational leadership, executing board policies and directives while overseeing a staff of 30+ employees.
• Advance the mission of Easterseals Wisconsin by seeking new service growth opportunities, strategic alliances, and partnerships.
• Ensure financial stability through budget preparation, fiscal compliance, and oversight of development activities including fundraising.
• Foster a positive workforce culture and lead program oversight to expand impact.

This role directly improves the quality of life for individuals with disabilities by leading an organization that provides services, advocacy, and community integration, ensuring that people with disabilities can achieve their full potential.

• Minimum five years of progressively increasing leadership responsibility.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in improving quality of life for individuals with disabilities and sensitivity to disability issues.
• Experience with nonprofit boards, staff supervision, and collaborative team leadership.
• Proven success in relationship-driven philanthropy and sound financial management acumen.

Salary range: $170,000-$190,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Full compensation package includes employer-sponsored benefits and paid leave.
