Senior Culture and Narrative Manager

• Develop and sustain relationships with artists, organizers, and cultural influencers to build narrative power.
• Manage production of virtual and in-person events, coordinating with affiliates and contractors.
• Lead implementation of narrative strategies to shape public discourse and inspire action.
• Design cultural campaigns and events leveraging storytelling, art, and media for social change.

• Strong relationships across music industry and cultural sectors.
• Demonstrated experience booking artists aligned with mission.
• Strong racial equity analysis and experience communicating about Black, brown, and working communities.
• Experience developing narrative strategy in cultural, political, or movement contexts.

Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 (non-negotiable, per CBA). Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, 15 vacation days, 12 sick days, additional PTO, and 401K contributions.
