HR Operations & Benefits Coordinator

• Execute core HR operations and administrative processes, including status changes, documentation, and transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Administer benefits transactions (enrollments, changes, terminations) across health, retirement, and other programs, and support open enrollment and billing reconciliation.
• Verify employee data for payroll cycles, administer time and attendance systems, and respond to employee inquiries on benefits, payroll, and leaves.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity, support system initiatives, and coordinate with vendors on benefits and HR projects.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4 years of experience in HR administration, operations, benefits, or payroll support.
• Working knowledge of HR processes, benefits administration, and payroll, including FMLA and leave administration.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Excel, with comfort using HRIS, payroll, and benefits systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and strong customer service skills.

Salary: $74,300 – $79,000 per year. Full-time, remote (U.S.-based) position with flexible work arrangements. Benefits include health, retirement, and other standard benefits (details not specified).
