Co-Founder, CTO, Construction Operations

• Own the technical vision, architecture, and multi-year technical strategy for an AI-native operating system for construction micro-businesses.
• Write, review, and deploy production code across the full stack, including AI agent workflows and cloud infrastructure.
• Build and lead the engineering team, defining hiring bar, conducting interviews, and setting engineering culture.
• Drive technical fundraising narrative and investor conversations, and identify defensible IP.

By building an AI-native operating system for independent installers, this role reduces administrative burden, project costs, and waste in the UK construction industry, accelerating the decarbonisation of buildings and helping meet climate targets.

• Strong software engineering background with experience shipping multi-tenant SaaS and production systems end-to-end.
• Expertise in Python backend development (APIs, data pipelines) and production AI (RAG, structured output, evaluation).
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (Supabase, Cloudflare, AWS) and technical hiring.
• Outcome-driven, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to communicate with both investors and tradespeople.

€3,000 monthly allowance during the programme, €250,000 inception funding at incorporation (80% equity for the founding team), full-stack venture creation support including mentorship, network access, and seed fundraising support. Founder visa sponsorship available for relocation to France.
