What you will drive
- Lead internal operations and people systems to support Data for Progress's work across its 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) entities.
- Oversee organizational operations, capacity planning, labor relations, and financial management to ensure effective day-to-day functioning.
- Manage relationships with administrative vendors and lead key internal management processes.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5+ years of senior leadership experience in nonprofit operations, people operations, administration, HR, finance, compliance, or labor relations.
- Experience building or improving internal systems in a mission-driven organization.
- Strong judgment on personnel matters and excellent project management skills.
- Experience in a unionized workplace or supporting labor relations.
