- Lead an integrated team of academics, digital specialists, and data experts designing and testing systems that help governments improve teaching and learning.
- Drive evidence-based product R&D, rigorously evaluate AI and third-party solutions, and ensure they genuinely strengthen quality and human capability.
- Build research collaborations and impact measurement frameworks that inform decision-making across country teams and program leads.
- Requires 10+ years leading large-scale education reform, product development, or innovation in developing-world contexts; deep expertise in teaching quality and systems change essential.
