Mission
What you will drive
- Manage and grow distributor channel accounts serving electric utilities, with accountability for orders, share of spend, and customer satisfaction
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with channel partner executives and key stakeholders across utility-focused organizations
- Create and execute strategic account plans that prioritize opportunities and align Hitachi Energy value propositions to channel partner needs
- Mobilize cross-business Hitachi Energy resources to deliver integrated, high-value solutions for utility customers

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in a technical (engineering) or business discipline required; MBA preferred
- 8+ years of experience preferred, or a combination of acceptable education and experience, including multiple products, customers, or market segments
- Several years of experience in distribution sales, preferably in the electric utility sector
- Proficiency with MS Office tools (including Excel pivot tables and PowerPoint) and experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM tool
