  • Proven experience in capture management or consultative sales leadership for large-scale pursuits.
  • Strong market and technical knowledge relevant to the opportunity, with ability to communicate priorities to executive leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to build client relationships, partner with technical and marketing teams, and manage opportunity budgets.
  • Understanding of commercial elements of contracts (financial, legal, governance) and experience mentoring team members.
