What makes you a great fit
- Proven experience in capture management or consultative sales leadership for large-scale pursuits.

- Demonstrated ability to build client relationships, partner with technical and marketing teams, and manage opportunity budgets.
- Understanding of commercial elements of contracts (financial, legal, governance) and experience mentoring team members.
