Product Designer (all genders)

• Take ownership of the design of your product, advocating user-centered design approaches by running usability and concept testing with real users in live operations.
• Translate complex flows into clear, tested design solutions and collaborate effectively with design, product management, research, and engineering teams.
• Contribute to the GROPYUS Design Language System, ensuring consistency as new components and interaction models are developed.
• Share work openly, give and receive feedback to foster a collaborative, growth-oriented design culture.

This role directly impacts how construction is executed through design, bridging digital factory tools and advanced construction methods to create sustainable, affordable homes using timber construction, thereby improving sustainability in the housing industry.

• Degree in Product, Interaction, Visual Design, related Design disciplines, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 4 years of proven product design experience, ideally within a startup or entrepreneurial setting.
• Demonstrated expertise in responsive digital design, visual design principles, and prototyping techniques; proficiency working within and contributing to a structured Design System.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; German language proficiency at B2 level or above required.
