Federal Programs Manager – Buildings & Places

• Oversee the long-term management and growth of AECOM's Federal portfolio in the Pacific Northwest, including large multi-year contracts.
• Lead and develop a dedicated project management team, overseeing multiple project task orders from an executive level.
• Develop and track pipeline, ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards, and manage quality assurance programs.
• Drive business development, including building strategic growth plans, client engagement, and proposal development.

This role ensures the successful delivery of critical federal infrastructure projects in the Pacific Northwest, contributing to public safety, national security, and community development.

• Proven track record managing and leading federal projects and programs, ideally for USACE, NAVFAC, U.S. Air Force, or other Federal Agencies.
• Experience building and leading successful program management teams.
• Strong collaboration skills with Architecture, Engineering, and General Contractors.
• Excellent communication, writing, and reporting skills; detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
