Director of People

• Act as a direct, trusted advisor to the leadership team on all people, facilities, recruiting, events, and compliance matters.
• Build and improve core people program operations and cadences that scale with the company's growth.
• Partner with the Lead Recruiter and hiring managers to build a recruiting machine supporting Product, G&A, and Ops roles as the company triples in size over 12 months.
• Maintain compensation and equity bands, and protect and invest in company culture.

• Proven ability to design and implement people programs, policies, and systems from scratch in a fast-moving environment.
• Comfortable operating as a direct report to a founder or CEO, with high discretion and integrity.
• Experience supporting recruiting, compensation, and workforce planning across diverse functions in a high-growth environment.
