Staff Platform Engineer (all genders)

• Manage Linux and Windows server infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments
• Plan and execute physical server deployments including hardware selection, rack planning, and installation at multiple sites
• Maintain system security, patch management, access control, backup strategies, and high availability
• Build automation through configuration management tools and document system configurations

This role enables GROPYUS to scale its sustainable timber construction by ensuring reliable, secure, and automated server infrastructure, directly supporting the creation of affordable, eco-friendly homes.

• Experienced Platform Engineer with strong skills in both Linux and Windows server environments
• Hands-on experience with physical infrastructure planning and deployment
• Proficient with configuration management tools (Puppet, Ansible, or similar) and infrastructure as code
• Knowledge of system security, backup solutions, high availability, and virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, VMware)
