Senior Digital Design Specialist

• Develop and implement BIM strategies and BIM Execution Plans for complex projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and ISO 19650 standards.
• Lead BIM kickoff meetings, coordinate multidisciplinary model coordination, clash detection, and issue tracking.
• Establish and manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) and firmwide BIM standards, templates, and digital workflows.
• Provide technical production support, automate workflows using Dynamo or Grasshopper, and mentor project teams.

• Senior-level experience in BIM strategy, implementation, and governance across complex projects.
• Expertise in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), ProjectWise, Navisworks, Revizto, and BIM 360.
• Proficiency in Dynamo or Grasshopper for workflow automation.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 standards and digital quality assurance processes.
