Benefits Program Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage global employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, retirement, disability, life insurance, wellness, and voluntary benefits
• Lead and administer open enrollment, benefits communications, and employee education programs
• Guide employees and managers through company sponsored leaves and regulatory leaves including FMLA, ADA, and state-specific programs
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., ACA, ERISA, COBRA) and manage benefit broker and vendor relationships

This role creates positive change by owning and evolving employee benefits and leave programs that directly impact employee experience, wellbeing, and engagement, while supporting Resource Innovations' mission to lead energy transformation.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience in benefits administration
• Hands-on experience with HRIS/Benefits administration systems, preferably with Workday
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis, and strong knowledge of employee benefits programs, compliance requirements, and best practices

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary range: $82,000 - $130,000 with potential for discretionary annual bonus
