Attorney (full-time) at Law Firm Exclusively Serving Nonprofit/Tax-Exempt Organizations

• Provide legal assistance to nonprofit clients by reviewing, drafting, and finalizing contracts, grant agreements, policies, leases, registrations, resolutions, tax, and corporate forms.
• Research tax and other federal, state, and local laws related to lobbying, charitable solicitation, and governance.
• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, communicate directly with clients, and monitor legal compliance and industry trends.

This role empowers nonprofit organizations by providing expert legal counsel, enabling them to focus on their missions while ensuring compliance and strategic legal support.

• JD degree and licensed to practice law in the US, with PA bar mandatory (or eligible to waive in).
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant law experience, with strong demonstrated interest in serving nonprofits.
• Nonprofit law and/or corporate law experience required, with focus on corporate transactional law and complex contracts.
