What you will drive
- Develop and manage integrated marketing, fundraising, and communications strategies for nonprofit clients.
- Lead day-to-day management of multi-channel campaigns, including direct mail, email, and SMS.
- Supervise production processes, data management, and client relations.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, ensuring compliance with fundraising regulations.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- At least 2 years of consulting/agency direct mail fundraising experience in nonprofit, advocacy, or political work.
- Strong project management skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; knowledge of fundraising software and CRM systems (e.g., Raiser's Edge, Salesforce).
