Senior Solutions Engineer / Salesforce Developer

• Build and configure Salesforce solutions for nonprofit clients, delivering A+ features and fixes on time.
• Craft creative solutions to help clients increase their impact and efficiency, and train client staff on the features built.
• Document detailed business, functional, and technical requirements, and integrate Salesforce with third-party tools including email marketing, LLMs, online forms, and payment processors.
• Manage data migration and cleanup, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure system quality and security.

This role enables nonprofit organizations to leverage Salesforce and cutting-edge technologies to streamline their operations, enhance their community-building efforts, and ultimately increase their positive social impact.

• 3+ years experience configuring Salesforce with a track record of delivering complex implementations ($50K+ scope) for nonprofits.
• 1+ years experience with nonprofits (professional or volunteer) and 1+ years Salesforce Developer experience (Apex, SOQL, JavaScript).
• Salesforce Admin, Nonprofit Cloud, and Platform Developer I certifications (other certifications a plus).
• Experience with agentic coding tools, ability to travel occasionally, and availability for meetings between 12-5pm EST.

Compensation: $110,000-$130,000/year (W2). Benefits include no-premium healthcare, unlimited PTO, team retreats, paid parental leave, and professional development. This is a fixed-term 9-month position with potential to convert to ongoing.
