Mission
What you will drive
- Track grant and reporting deadlines, prepare and draft grant applications, proposals, and funder communications.
- Conduct prospect research and maintain electronic files for client boilerplate language and grant documents.
- Manage grant administration information and support other fundraising and strategic planning scopes as needed.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum 1-3 years of direct non-profit experience with administrative and fundraising responsibilities.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and project management skills; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience drafting formal fundraising communications.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM databases (e.g., Raiser's Edge, Salesforce).
