What you will drive

  • Lead teams to create compelling direct mail marketing strategies that maximize grassroots fundraising for nonprofit and political clients.
  • Oversee the development, implementation, and production of innovative direct mail fundraising campaigns.
  • Integrate direct mail campaigns with other fundraising channels (email, SMS, etc.) and manage reporting to drive strategic decisions.
  • Support business development efforts and participate in new business pitches.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 5+ years of in-house campaign, nonprofit, or agency experience in direct mail communications, fundraising, and marketing for nonprofit or political organizations.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships.
  • Excellent verbal, analytical, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
