Mission

What you will drive

  • Coordinate and implement national and regional projects and events, providing technical, administrative, and logistical support to the Africa Regional Programme.
  • Support the development and implementation of advocacy strategies related to immigration detention, alternatives to detention, and migrant and refugee rights.
  • Engage with stakeholders including government representatives, civil society, UN agencies, and regional networks to build partnerships and advance shared objectives.
  • Contribute to fundraising efforts by researching potential funders, coordinating inputs, and drafting proposals aligned with regional priorities.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Minimum five years of professional experience in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and advocacy in migration and/or human rights sectors.
  • University degree in international relations, law, migration studies, political science, or social sciences.
  • Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Africa contexts related to migration, human rights, and advocacy.
