Mission
What you will drive
- Lead and coordinate TU's youth fly fishing programs for high school and college students, including 5 Rivers, TU Student Clubs, and camps.
- Develop and implement program strategies, manage budgets, and oversee events such as the 5 Rivers Regional Rendezvous and Ambassador Summit.
- Recruit and support club leaders, engage volunteers, and foster partnerships to grow the youth fly fishing network.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least one year of experience in youth education, youth outreach, volunteer management, community organizing, or nonprofit programming.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Passion for fly fishing and conservation, with excellent public speaking and communication skills.
Benefits

Full-time position with overtime pay for occasional weekends/evenings. Salary: $20 - $23 per hour. Travel required for 5-6 events annually.
