Watsi Community & Engagement Lead

• Build and grow a global community of supporters who fund life-changing healthcare for patients in need.
• Deepen donor engagement through personalized outreach, stewardship, and storytelling.
• Lead the Ambassador program and create events and experiences that connect people to their impact.
• Support the Executive Director and Marketing Director with donor communications, research, and special projects.

This role directly expands access to life-saving healthcare by growing a community of donors who fund verified patient surgeries, enabling thousands of people to receive care they otherwise could not afford.

• 2–4 years of professional experience; nonprofit background helpful but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to tell compelling stories.
• Comfortable working remotely with collaboration tools (Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, Notion, etc.).
• Creative, entrepreneurial, and comfortable with ambiguity; able to experiment and iterate.

Flexible schedule, unlimited PTO, great benefits (including healthcare). Salary range: $45,000–$55,000 USD, commensurate with experience.
