What you will drive
- Develop and execute a comprehensive regional strategy to expand Viaโs footprint across France and Benelux, aligning business objectives with local market dynamics and government priorities.
- Lead and inspire high-performing commercial teams, fostering a customer-centric culture focused on maximizing new business, renewals, expansions, revenue growth, and long-term impact.
- Serve as a trusted executive advisor to public transport authorities and private operators, translating complex mobility challenges into strategic opportunities across Via's full platform.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 15+ years of overall experience, including an outstanding track record in enterprise software/SaaS sales or a strong background in consulting (including strong public sector relationships).
- Fluency in French and English required; Dutch language skills highly desirable.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams of 10+ employees and driving revenue growth in complex, regulated markets.
- Exceptional strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and ability to balance long-term vision with short-term execution.
