Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead global Support, Enablement, Community, and Digital Engagement teams to shape a unified, digital-first customer experience.
  • Drive operational excellence in customer support, expand self-service and AI-assisted workflows, and partner with Product and Engineering on escalations.
  • Oversee customer and field enablement, digital experience strategy, online community programs, and customer communications.
  • Define and operationalize a unified CX operating model, leveraging analytics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 15+ years of experience in Customer Experience, Support, Enablement, or related SaaS leadership roles.
  • Proven success running large-scale, multi-channel support organizations and/or digital CX programs.
  • Deep expertise in customer education, learning design, field readiness, online communities, and customer communications.
  • Strong operational acumen with ability to build scalable processes and systems; highly empathetic leader with cross-functional influence.

Benefits

What's in it for you

Salary range in the US: $231,800.00 - $301,200.00. Discretionary bonus typically paid annually, Restricted Stock Units at hire, 401(k) match, and comprehensive employee benefits package.
