Mission
What you will drive
- Support and coordinate state-level civic engagement programming, including implementation, partner communication, and event coordination.
- Serve as point of contact for partner institutions and campus administrators, providing nonpartisan information on voting processes.
- Supervise Democracy Fellows and help students organize voter registration, education, and turnout activities.
- Support Voter Friendly Campus activities and build relationships with community and statewide coalition partners.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- At least 1-2 years of experience in civic engagement, organizing, capacity building, or similar program work.
- Superior written and oral communication skills.
- Willingness to travel across Virginia with reliable transportation.
- Experience engaging diverse constituencies and institutions of higher education preferred.
