Mission
What you will drive
- Design and co-lead PBB's long-term policy advocacy campaigns and initiatives, setting policy strategy goals and building relationships with elected officials and community organizations.
- Engage in direct community organizing including canvassing, phone banking, and one-on-one conversations to build grassroots support and recruit volunteers.
- Supervise field staff, coordinate contractors, and develop organizing tools and training materials to advance PBB's field and advocacy strategy.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 4+ years of experience in grassroots base-building, policy advocacy campaigns, and building relationships with diverse communities.
- 3+ years of experience with ballot measure campaigns, electoral organizing, or issue-based initiatives.
- 1+ years of experience managing staff, volunteers, or organizing teams in advocacy or community organizing contexts.
- Strong project management, communication, and facilitation skills; knowledge of participatory budgeting or local government advocacy preferred.
