Pennsylvania Regional Organizer - Philadelphia Suburbs

• Serve as RWB's on-the-ground presence in Philadelphia suburbs, growing supporter base through events and campaigns.
• Engage community members, volunteers, and voters to build relationships and keep supporters updated on initiatives.
• Organize and participate in in-person and virtual events to foster community and drive awareness of RWB's mission.
• Train local women on organizing techniques to become politically active and engaged.

This role empowers suburban women to become politically active and engaged, building a community that defeats extremism and fosters democratic participation at the local level.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and data skills with a vast network in targeted counties.
• Experience with CRM (EveryAction preferred) and willingness to learn new technology.
• Ability to work some nights and weekends for events; comfortable speaking in front of groups.

Starting salary range $60,000 - $65,000 commensurate with experience. Benefits include 80% coverage of employee medical, dental, and vision insurance; employer 401(k) match after 90 days; 70% coverage of dependent premiums; flexible work schedule; paid vacation, sick time, and generous holidays including Thanksgiving and winter break. Remote position with frequent local travel.
