Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead the transformation of a $100MM+ business into a core growth engine by driving operational, technical, and commercial capabilities for large, complex customer programs across design, engineering, and manufacturing.
  • Own cross-company programs with P&L accountability, including strategic business development, operational alignment of multi-site teams, and customer/financial outcomes.
  • Build and improve program management systems, tools, and governance to enable consistently excellent program delivery across the company.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 10+ years of general management within engineering, design, manufacturing, or similar industries.
  • Master's level degree in management, plus substantial technical experience (engineering degree or equivalent).
  • Proven track record of managing complex strategic partnerships or integrations requiring cross-company coordination.
  • Hands-on experience managing complex, multi-site engineering and manufacturing programs, with strong financial skills and executive presence.

Benefits

What's in it for you

Annual salary between $261,217 and $435,412, plus participation in annual bonus plan and long-term incentive plan. Actual pay may be higher depending on qualifications and experience.
