UX/UI Designer

• Design a professional, scalable, and interactive digital platform combining a modern website experience with platform-level functionality.
• Lead UX strategy including user research, competitor analysis, user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, and responsive behavior.
• Create high-fidelity UI designs, a comprehensive design system, and interactive prototypes for developer handoff.

This role directly enables quality remote education for Arabic-speaking children and youth affected by displacement, creating an inclusive and engaging learning experience that builds confidence and critical thinking.

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating platform-level design.
• Expertise in Figma, FigJam, and Notion; ability to create design systems and component libraries.
• Deep understanding of UX best practices, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to explain design decisions logically.
