Mission

What you will drive

  • Serve as an expert consultant and main point of contact for district and school partners engaged in curriculum implementation, driving partnerships from launch through achievement of deliverables.
  • Facilitate engaging, high-impact professional learning and coaching services, both virtually and in person, for school and district leaders.
  • Assist with developing and refining program materials, including professional learning sessions and tools to build instructional leadership and change-management skills.
  • Contribute to business development by leading discussions with prospective partners, developing webinars, and presenting at conferences.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 10+ years of experience implementing high-quality instructional materials at the district or school level.
  • 3-5 years of leadership experience as a director-level district leader or building principal.
  • Expertise in mathematics or English Language Arts/Literacy with strong facilitation and coaching skills.
  • Strong project management, content development, and interpersonal skills.
