Supply Chain Instructor

• Deliver 44 live virtual sessions over 11 weeks (88 hours total) on supply chain procurement topics.
• Provide 2-3 hours per week of office hours and grade 7 job-mirrored data deliverables within 72 hours.
• Monitor learner attendance and engagement, and sync weekly with the Program Career Coach.

This role equips adult learners with in-demand supply chain procurement skills, directly improving their career prospects and economic mobility, while supporting Merit America's mission to close the opportunity gap.

• Active ASCM commercial membership and current ASCM credential (CPIM, CSCP, CLTD, or equivalent).
• ASCM instructor training (Train the Trainer, LDI) plus active classroom delivery observation approval.
• 3-5 years of direct experience in procurement, sourcing, vendor management, or supply chain, with a track record teaching adults virtually.

$65/hour, 10-14 hours per week over 15 weeks. Paid by milestone. No employee benefits, training, or expense reimbursement. Contractor must provide own equipment and insurance.
