UPchieve National Tutoring Honor Society Coordinator

• Own day-to-day operations of the National Tutoring Honor Society, including recruiting and developing chapter leaders.
• Design scalable systems for chapter leader onboarding, member engagement, and program growth.
• Manage a team of National Student Leads to multiply program impact.

This role directly supports the growth of a national honor society that empowers high school students to lead tutoring initiatives, increasing access to free academic support for underserved communities.

• 1-2 years experience working with high school or college students in educational or community settings.
• Experience managing volunteers or student leaders, ideally in a virtual environment.
• Comfortable with no-code tools (e.g., Zapier) and building scalable systems.
• Available for evening meetings (up to 8pm) and committed to a minimum one-year contract.

$25/hour, part-time contract (10 hours/week), fully remote, with the opportunity to build a national program from the ground up.
