Multilingual Outreach Coordinator

• Lead recruitment strategies to attract prospective students into EDvance College's degree programs, driving a high volume of qualified applicants.
• Plan and conduct recruitment events (presentations, job fairs, webinars) across California, targeting adult learners and multilingual students.
• Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, school districts, and employer partners to identify recruitment opportunities.
• Track and report prospective student data to evaluate recruitment effectiveness and support enrollment goals.

This role expands access to higher education for early childhood educators, particularly multilingual and first-generation students, strengthening the early education workforce and improving outcomes for children, families, and communities.

• Bachelor's degree in education, communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, outreach, or student advising, preferably with adult learners or first-generation college students.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Excellent public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM.

Compensation: $39.42 - $46.15/hr, $82,000 - $96,000 annualized. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401k, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, and more. Remote within California with travel.
