Mission
What you will drive
- Own the schedule and tracking systems for the full Leadership Institute cohort's year-long arc, including summit prep, monthly coaching, and quarterly Peer Learning Community sessions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional teams on scheduling, onboarding, pre-work, and follow-up, troubleshooting logistics directly.
- Manage meeting cadence and information flow among the VP, consulting, partnerships, and impact teams, and maintain program materials.
- Track and synthesize cohort-wide data into actionable formats, including progress dashboards and insights reports.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5+ years of program or project management experience, ideally in education, consulting, or nonprofit settings.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-institution portfolios and multiple workstreams.
- Proactive process-improver with a track record of independently identifying and proposing improvements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, data-savvy, and comfortable liaising with external partners.
