Job description

  • Own the schedule and tracking systems for the full Leadership Institute cohort's year-long arc, including summit prep, monthly coaching, and quarterly Peer Learning Community sessions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional teams on scheduling, onboarding, pre-work, and follow-up, troubleshooting logistics directly.
  • Manage meeting cadence and information flow among the VP, consulting, partnerships, and impact teams, and maintain program materials.
  • Track and synthesize cohort-wide data into actionable formats, including progress dashboards and insights reports.

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience, ideally in education, consulting, or nonprofit settings.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, data-savvy, and comfortable liaising with external partners.
